Originally from Puerto Rico, Stephanie is bilingual in Spanish and English, and holds a BA degree in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. Her keen marketing mind and sales experience are valuable skills which benefit her clients in the quest for a perfect buyer-property match. Prior to real estate, Stephanie worked in sales at Merrill Lynch where she honed an exemplary service record and was affiliated with some of the largest principles at the company. She knows how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Her proficiency lies in investments, and in her ability to advise clients. Stephanie helped the brokers grow their business. She also sought out opportunities within the office to provide expertise in specific areas. Plus, she worked at Santander Securities for five years assisting with operations of a broker's investment office.

Good organizational skills make it easier to collect payments, document communication with tenants, record property-related expenses and other duties.
